• Validation: The contract between you and David Van Heim is finalized only when we send you a confirmation email after the validation of your payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons (e.g., pricing error, suspicion of fraud).

3. Pricing and Payment

• Shipping: Orders are shipped from our logistics centers in Switzerland. We offer free shipping worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or Swiss Post.

• Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery to the address provided during the checkout process.
