We strive to deliver your timepiece with the highest level of care and efficiency.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.
Origin: All orders are handled and shipped directly from our logistics centers in Switzerland.
Carriers: We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or Swiss Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Duties and Taxes: All international and domestic orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer to the carrier upon delivery.

In accordance with our commitment to exclusivity and craftsmanship:

Final Sale: All sales made by David Van Heim are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except as expressly provided by applicable law.
Eligibility: If a return is legally required or exceptionally authorized, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Your David Van Heim timepiece is a precision instrument. To ensure its longevity, we offer a two-year warranty on parts and labor.

Coverage: This warranty includes shipping costs and insurance for the transit to our service center.
Exclusions: Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Leather straps or batteries.
- Items modified or altered by a third party.
- Damage resulting from inappropriate use (shocks, exposure to chemicals, water damage beyond specifications, etc.).

All service requests, whether covered by warranty or not, must be approved by our team prior to shipping.

Shipping Returns: Once authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your watch to our center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
