All orders are shipped from our logistics centers in Switzerland.
International Express We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or Swiss Post, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information and delivery updates.
International and Domestic Orders All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price. These charges must be paid to the carrier upon delivery
All sales made by the Company are final. The Company does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges, except as expressly provided by applicable law or in accordance with Article 2 below.
David Van Heim offers a two-year warranty on parts and labor. This warranty includes shipping costs and shipping insurance.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
Leather straps or batteries.
Items modified or altered by a third party.
Damage resulting from inappropriate use (shocks, exposure to chemicals, etc.).

How do we trace the origin of a legend? Among the many versions of the “Flying Hollander,” this is the one that inspired the creation of the Hollander:
This vessel, belonging to the Dutch East India Company, was renowned for its astonishing speed, crossing the oceans between Europe and Asia faster than any other ship of its time. Rumors attributed such supernatural performance to a pact with the devil, as some claimed the ship literally flew across the waters.
Legend has it that after the mysterious disappearance of the vessel at sea, the crew and their captain became ghosts, forever imprisoned within the ship. To achieve immortality, the captain is said to have torn his own heart from his chest to remain eternally alive.
Thus, the Hollander collection carries us adrift through this captivating legend. Its “two hearts”—two distinct movements—ensure the immortality of three GMT time zones (Europe, Asia, and the United States), each allowing us to retrace the phantom ship’s eternal journey.
