Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders, regardless of the destination.
Where are the watches shipped from and which carriers do you use?
All David Van Heim orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our logistics centers in Switzerland. We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Swiss Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a real-time tracking number.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Delivery times vary by destination:
Europe: 2–5 business days.
North America: 3–7 business days.
Asia & Rest of the World: 4–10 business days. Note: These are estimated windows and may vary due to local customs procedures.
Duties & Taxes
Do I have to pay duties and taxes upon delivery?
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price. These charges, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. Important: For U.S. customers, customs officials may request your SSN or Tax ID to release the shipment. This is a legal requirement that we cannot override.
Returns & Modifications
Can I make changes to an existing order?
As long as your order has not been dispatched, you can update your delivery address via your confirmation email or by contacting our support. Once the order is dispatched, no changes can be made.
What is your return policy?
All sales made on our website are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless otherwise required by law. We invite you to carefully review the specifications of your watch before placing your order.
Warranty & Repairs
What is the warranty period?
Each David Van Heim watch comes with a 2-year international warranty valid from the date of receipt.
What is covered by the warranty?
