• Origin: All orders are handled and shipped directly from our logistics centers in Switzerland.
• Carriers: We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or Swiss Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
• Duties and Taxes: All international and domestic orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer to the carrier upon delivery.

• Eligibility: If a return is legally required or exceptionally authorized, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Your David Van Heim timepiece is a precision instrument. All David Van Heim watches are covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers parts and labor.

• Coverage: This warranty includes shipping costs and insurance for the transit to our service center.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
  • Leather straps or batteries.
  • Items modified or altered by a third party.
  • Damage resulting from inappropriate use (shocks, exposure to chemicals, water damage beyond specifications, etc.).
