These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all sales of timepieces and accessories made through the website david-van-heim.com (the “Site”). The products sold on this website are offered by PILO & CO SA, Chemin du Faubourg de Cruseilles 11, 1227 Carouge (GE), Switzerland, which operates the David Van Heim brand (hereinafter “David Van Heim”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reserve.

• Availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. David Van Heim reserves the right to modify the assortment of items offered on the Site at any time.
• Validation: The contract between you and David Van Heim is finalized only when we send you a confirmation email after the validation of your payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons (e.g., pricing error, suspicion of fraud).

• Currency: Prices are set in Swiss francs (CHF). Where another currency is displayed, the price is converted for information purposes; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout. PILO & CO SA is not subject to Swiss VAT; no VAT is charged on the prices displayed. Prices exclude customs duties and import taxes unless otherwise stated.
• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): For all international orders, you are responsible for paying any import duties and local taxes required by your country’s customs.
• Secure Payment: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Accepted methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Link. David Van Heim does not store your credit card information.

• Shipping: Orders are shipped from our logistics centers in Switzerland. We offer free shipping worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or Swiss Post.
• Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery to the address provided during the checkout process.

All content on the Site — including designs, logos, photographs, and the “David Van Heim” trademark — is the exclusive property of David Van Heim. Any total or partial reproduction, modification, or use of these elements for any reason is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

David Van Heim shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of a product. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

• Returns: All sales are final. David Van Heim does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the customer’s country of residence. Products that are defective or not in conformity with the order are covered by our 2-year warranty.
• Warranty: All David Van Heim watches are covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of delivery.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss Law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
