All orders are shipped from our logistics centers in Switzerland.
International Express We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or Swiss Post, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information and delivery updates.
International and Domestic Orders All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price. These charges must be paid to the carrier upon delivery
All sales made by the Company are final. The Company does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges, except as expressly provided by applicable law or in accordance with Article 2 below.
David Van Heim offers a two-year warranty on parts and labor. This warranty includes shipping costs and shipping insurance.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
Leather straps or batteries.
Items modified or altered by a third party.
Damage resulting from inappropriate use (shocks, exposure to chemicals, etc.).

The history of this model is rooted in the extreme expeditions of the early 20th century. During this era, Holland explorers faced conditions where bare steel could burn the skin in freezing cold or scorching heat. To solve this, they used thick leather cuffs, serving as a protective interface between the metal and the wrist.
Faithful to this raw utility, David Van Heim has designed a “watch-armor.” The creative vision relies on a reinforced structure: the case is held by four massive steel claws, evoking the sturdiness of onboard safes and vintage navigation instruments. Its wide markers and sub-dials offer instant legibility, reminiscent of classic dashboard gauges.
The “D.V.H” riveted cuff strap is more than just a design element; it is a mechanical protection inherited from the field. This model tells the story of the man who leaves the pavement for adventure, choosing an instrument built to endure and gain a unique patina through his own journeys.
